Raw material
GALVALUME STEEL
Coating composition is 55% aluminum in weight ratio (80% surface volume ratio), 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon.There are advantages of galvlume steel:1, corrosion resistance: aluminized zinc plate has strong corrosion resistance, normal service life of up to 25 years, 3-6 times longer than galvanized plate, and stainless steel appropriate. The corrosion resistance of aluminized zinc plate comes from the maintenance function of aluminum barrier layer, and the dedicated maintenance function of zinc. When zinc is used for trimming, scraping and coating chafing, aluminum forms an insoluble oxide layer, showing the function of barrier maintenance. Aluminum-zinc alloy steel coil has been exposed for more than 20 years in a variety of different atmospheric environments. It has been proved that 55% aluminum-zinc steel plate has better edge maintenance function than galvanized steel plate and 5% aluminum-zinc steel plate.
