All Forsetra® roof tiles are coated with natural stone chips, volcanically formed and taken from quarries in French and the most famous Chinese-brand of CG Rock only. We don't use any other fake stone chips from other factories which are cheap but lousy quality.The hardness of sand and stone is an important factor in the durability of tiles and the resistance to self-heating disasters. Basalt has a good hardness index, which can resist natural weather disasters such as rainstorms and snowstorms in life. At the same time, it can also be fireproof, which adds a peace of mind for your residential safety.

 

 

Coating composition is 55% aluminum in weight ratio (80% surface volume ratio), 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon.We use advanced machines to ensure the standardized production of products.The thickness can be customized.You can choose the appropriate thickness according to your usage scenario.

 

Acrylic resin is the key bonding material between the steel sheet and color stone chips, and also serves as a protective layer on the surface to prevent rainwater from leaking into junction gaps, and extend the life span of color gravels.
