Glue is the most important adhesive for aluminum zinc plate and color stone particles. The quality of glue is also incisively and vividly in the waterproof performance of the product .  Adhesive quality directly affects the service life of the tile, if the glue quality is poor, will greatly shorten the service life of the tile.     

 

STONE CHIPS

All Forsetra® roof tiles are coated with natural stone chips, volcanically formed and taken from quarries in French and the most famous Chinese-brand of CG Rock only. We don't use any other fake stone chips from other factories which are cheap but lousy quality.The hardness of sand and stone is an important factor in the durability of tiles and the resistance to self-heating disasters. Basalt has a good hardness index, which can resist natural weather disasters such as rainstorms and snowstorms in life. At the same time, it can also be fireproof, which adds a peace of mind for your residential safety.

 

 

GALVALUME STEEL

Coating composition is 55% aluminum in weight ratio (80% surface volume ratio), 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon.We use advanced machines to ensure the standardized production of products.The thickness can be customized.You can choose the appropriate thickness according to your usage scenario.
