Raw materials

1Aluminum-zinc steel sheet (PPGL) is plated with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6%silicon as protection coating, which with much better performance than normal Zinc galvanized steel sheet (PPGI) on anti-corrosion, anti-oxidant, heat reflective, heat resistance, economy etc. as well above the aluminum-zinc plateing layer is fingerprint coating, it makes better appearance and increase lifespan of the tiles.

 

All Forsetra® roof tiles are coated with natural stone chips, volcanically formed and taken from quarries in French and the most famous Chinese-brand of CL Rock only. We don't use any other fake stone chips from other factories which are cheap but lousy quality.In order to meet the personalized needs of customers, we are not limited to the choice of black, white and gray, more respect for the personalized color collocation, the introduction of a variety of colors, so that customers have more choices.

Acrylic resin is the key bonding material between the steel sheet and color stone chips, and also serves as a protective layer on the surface to prevent rainwater from leaking into junction gaps, and extend the life span of color gravels.
