Color stone metal tile, is produced by high and new technology, with excellent anticorrosive properties of aluminized zinc steel plate as the substrate, with water-based acrylate as the adhesive, to sintered sand as the surface layer, and then with strong weather resistance of acrylic resin as the outermost surface (equivalent to paint) of new advanced roofing materials. Because of its beautiful, lightweight, durable, environmental protection, in recent years has become the international roofing material mainstream products, domestic high-grade building use.
It is composed of aluminized zinc steel plate as substrate, fingerprint resistant coating, color sand, acrylic resin, acrylic ester.

1) aluminized zinc steel plate is made of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by hot plating solution. Its workability and coating property are basically the same as galvanized steel plate. The normal service life of aluminized zinc plate is 2--6 times that of ordinary galvanized plate.
